gensite provides tools to crawl website content, generate embeddings, retrieve contextual information, and present AI-assisted chat responses. Features may evolve over time.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Transmit unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or reverse engineering.

You retain ownership of your submitted content and data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Services.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in important decisions.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gensite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
